Hi, I'm Paul.
With over a thousand hours of instructional, personal performance and leadership coaching, I have successfully helped many people to make significant positive changes to their lives. I work with professionals like you who are looking to take their career to the next level, create a mindset for success or develop strategies to deal with whatever life throws.
For over 10 years I have been coaching and mentoring trainee and established teachers to become highly effective educators. As well as working with teachers, I have also coached business leaders, marketing executives and IT consultants to name a few. I have supported professionals to become the best version of themselves.

Through 1:1 coaching, clients have found themselves to take their career further and at a much faster pace. I have used coaching sessions to advance leadership skills and I have tailored packages to help develop this further. Coaching can also involve creating that winning mindset. We can work towards rewiring your brain to remove those barriers which prevent you from taking the leap to where you want to be.
I hold a degree and Masters in Teaching. I have a range of qualifications including National Professional Qualification in Middle Leadership, Transforming Senior Leadership, Counselling, Lean Organisation techniques and Personal Performance Coaching.
